There will be brass pyramid at the top with 4 faceted 10mm gems and a brass cube at the bottom with 4 faceted 10mm gems.  This has a spacer and a cuff top and bottom with 3 gems in each cuff in sterling silver.   The staffs have 14 gems. 14 is a magical number.
